How can I buy Session Ticket?

Download Soundfren App - Getting you ready!
Get Soundfren on both App Store and Google Play Store. Simply click here — and register yourself.
Congrats! You're now a Soundfren user. Now here's how..
- Go to Explore
- Scroll down to Soundfren Connect
- Click See All to se available Sessions
- Click Join on Session Card
- Fill in your WhatsApp number so we can get to know you (chill, we keep it private)
- Enter Voucher Code if you have it, or get your Voucher here
- Pay via Bank Transfer or GoPay
- You're ready to go!
How can I check my payment status?
Once you've paid..
Go to Project Dashboard
It is located on your in-app notification section. All details are stated there
- Payment Process
Don't worry, we're still waiting your payment to be validated by our system.
- Payment Success
Sit back and relax, we've received your payment. Your ticket (URL link) will be ready on the Session Card on your Project Dashboard.
Why my ticket is not available yet?
Thank you for your patience. We're trying to get your ticket ready as soon as possible. Typically it will be ready 24 hours before the session starts.

Can I cancel a booked session Ticket?
Wait, you said you wanted to get inspired?
Unfortunately, we do not allow refund. However, you can reschedule and/or give it to your friend so that he can get inspired!
